Among the white grapes of our production you will find Ribolla, Sauvignonasse, Sauvignon, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay.
A few years ago we decided to dedicate us to the integrated production of grapes and wine to get quality products and respect the environment. All the vineyards are grassed over and we fertilize them only when it's really necessary. We pay attention to the results of soil analysis.
On the nose you perceive initially herbaceous notes that turn into hints of wildflowers ending with almond traces.
Taste pleasantly round, soft and full-bodied, with a slightly lower acid, but still fresh.
Persistence in mouth of medium length with a hint of bitter almond.
The Sauvignonasse wine characteristics allow a wide range of combinations, from soups, pasta or risotto with vegetables, to white meat. Also excellent as an aperitif.

Its complex structure allows a variety of combinations. It combines very well with fatty meals and can easily replace any red wine. The rich red wines may not be to all tastes, Voja belo can be an excellent replacement. It's best expressed with roast duck and not too spicy firm ripened cheese.
